- Pump one or two dots of the Organic Infused Color Lock into your eye shadow or powder eye liner container cap or similar flat surface.
- Use the Angled Liner Brush or Oval Eye Shadow Brush to blend the Organic Infused Color Lock with the powder until you create an inky mixture.
- Apply this liquid color creation to your eye lids as a liquid eye liner or as an eye shadow over the full eyelid with more control, intensity and staying power.
Tip: Do not use too much Organic Infused Color Lock when creating your inky mixture. If the mixture appears watery it will not apply correctly. One pump of the product should create budge proof color on both eyes.
Product Suggestion: Try creating liquid eye liner by mixing the Organic Infused Color Lock and Powder Eye Liner and applying it to the lid with the Angled Liner Brush.
Makeup Artist Trick: Use the Organic Infused Color Lock by itself as an eye lid primer before eye shadow application by dabbing a few drops onto each eye lid.
