The below information applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Time Frame: Orders ship same day if placed before 1:00pm EST, but if an order is placed after 1:00pm EST, it will ship the next day during business days Monday – Friday. All Afterglow Cosmetics orders ship from North Carolina, USA.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. This same tracking number will also appear in your Afterglow customer account under the order details.
Free Shipping Specials: On occasion we offer FREE shipping to our newsletter subscribers. Please subscribe to our newsletter using the form at the top of the page to be notified of free shipping days and save!

EXPEDITED ORDERS
All rush orders (Expedited, Overnight, 2 Day) must be received by 8:30am EST in order to qualify. Any rush orders placed on a Friday after 8:30am EST on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Call 1.866.630.4569 for more information.
TRACKING AND CONFIRMED DELIVERED ORDERS
All Afterglow Cosmetics orders are shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. If an order’s tracking number confirms that the order was indeed delivered to the shipping address indicated on the order, but a claim is made that the package was not received, the package will not be reshipped free of charge. Please note that USPS Services are not guaranteed; delivery times can range from 1 to 8 business days.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
SPECIAL LOCATIONS
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will normally require an additional business day to arrive. Often rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver. International (outside the contiguous USA states) may vary. Often, your country’s customs may cause additional package delays.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
Free shipping offers are only available to orders shipped to a USA address. This benefit is not available on international orders.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered on any given order. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. Your credit card will be refunded immediately upon cancellation of an order or removal of ordered items.
