Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. This same tracking number will also appear in your Afterglow customer account under the order details. International Shipping: All international orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International. SHIPPING METHODS TO UNITED STATES, TERRITORIES AP ADDRESSESYou will receive most in-stock items in 3-8 business days after receipt of your order. See the chart below for order delivery time-frame details. EXPEDITED ORDERSAll rush orders (Expedited, Overnight, 2 Day) must be received by 3pm EST in order to qualify. TRACKING AND CONFIRMED DELIVERED ORDERSAll Afterglow Cosmetics orders are shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. If an order’s tracking number confirms that the order was indeed delivered to the shipping address indicated on the order but a claim is made that the package was not receive the package the package will not be reshipped free of charge. Please note that USPS Services are not guaranteed, delivery times can range from 1 to 7 business days. SHIPPING EXCEPTIONSSPECIAL LOCATIONSExpedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will normally require an additional business day to arrive. Often rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver. International (outside the contiguous USA states) may vary. Often your country customs may cause additional package delays. FREE SHIPPING OFFERSFree shipping offers are only available to orders shipped to a USA address. This benefit is not available on international orders. GIFT CARDSGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email indicated on your order and are not shipped physically in the mail. Your country’s customs and shipping methods could significantly influence the speed at which you receive your order. Please take this into consideration when waiting for your order to arrive. These additional charges are determined by the destination country based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries to which Afterglow Cosmetics ships. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country. Please also note that you may be required to pay additional duty, customs tariffs or VAT imposed by your country on your Afterglow order based on your order’s value. You are responsible for paying your country’s import fees at the time of receipt of your shipment.
