Time frame: Please allow between 3 business days for processing and approximately 2-3 days for Priority Mail shipping and 5-7 days for First Class shipping within the US. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email for your shipment. Please note: If the tracking number confirms that your order was delivered to the shipping address indicated in your order but a claim is made that you did not receive the package the package will not be reshipped free of charge. Locations: At this time we only ship to the United States, US Territories, AP Addresses and Canada. We do not ship to any other international destinations. Canadian Customers: If you do not select the appropriate international shipping option, your order total will be adjusted to account for the correct shipping charges. Processing time is 2 business days and approximately 7-10 days for shipping. We do not guarantee the arrival of international packages sent via USPS Global Airmail. We ONLY guarantee international packages sent USPS Global Express. If your international package (sent regular airmail) does not arrive we will not guarantee its replacement for free or a refund for the price of the purchase. Replacing undelivered USPS airmail international (outside the US) packages will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost packages and will only replace lost international packages that were sent USPS Global Express. As with domestic deliveries, we will not replace "lost" USPS Global Express packages for which we have a valid confirmation of delivery as provided by USPS Global Express. |
