On occasion, we are out of the office or all our Customer Care representatives are busy attending to other customers. Please note that your credit card will be charged when the transaction is confirmed and completed by you in our system, not when we ship your purchase. This means we will not be able to adjust or cancel orders once they are placed in our system. Usually, we process and ship your order within 24-48 business hours.
We ship all of our domestic orders with tracking to ensure that their arrival is trackable and confirmed. If you do not receive your order and we cannot track its arrival to your shipping address via USPS, we will gladly send you another shipment at no additional cost to ensure you receive your order. If the tracking for your order has been confirmed by USPS or FedEx as being delivered to the address you provided for shipping purposes, we will not replace/reship the package at no additional cost. No exceptions.
OUT OF STOCK & BACKORDERED PRODUCTS
Occasionally, products in our line will be out of stock due to high demand. If this occurs, we will not take orders for the product at that time, but our Customer Care Representatives will gladly notify you when the product becomes available again. Additionally, we do not offer rain-checks for products that are out of stock during promotional periods.
If for some reason you place an order for an out of stock item before we’ve adjusted the missing item in our system, the item will be placed on backorder. If you receive your order and an item is missing, the missing, backordered product will be indicated as such on your invoice next to the item in question. We will ship your backordered product to you as soon as it becomes available without assessing additional shipping charges.
We offer complimentary Color Consultations. Please keep in mind these shade matches are suggestions made by our Beauty Advisors. We will not be responsible for incorrect shade suggestions. If the shade suggested is incorrect, you are welcome to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We are happy to exchange an item that you purchased for any other item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If there is a price difference, we will charge your card for the difference if the new item you request in exchange is more expensive. If the new exchanged item is Iess expensive than the original, we will credit your credit card or Paypal account the difference. There are no additional shipping charges for the exchanged item to be sent back to you via USPS First Class Mail. We do not accept exchanges over 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all Afterglow products purchased from our website if you are unhappy with a product for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the remainder of the product, including the Return & Exchange Form within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus S&H).
Please return the undesired, incorrect, or damaged items immediately to ensure a timely refund. All refunds will be credited in the form that the payment was received. For example: if you purchased the product by a specific credit card, your refund will be returned to that card. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Afterglow Cosmetics will not accept any promo codes from third-party websites advertising our products. All promo codes used to purchase products must be issued by Afterglow Cosmetics and have a valid code.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION AND YOUR ORDER
For your security and our verification of your credit card transaction, your credit card is verified with a two point security check before your order is approved for processing. This means that our system verifies that the billing information you provided us along with your credit card number matches exactly with the billing information your credit card bank has on file for your card. In addition to billing information verification, we check that the three digit security code you gave us is confirmed by your credit card company. All of this is done when you enter your order. If the information you provide does not match your credit card bank’s information on file, we cannot process your order and will contact you to reconfirm your contact information. This may prolong the usual 24-48 business hour processing time. lf after contacting you, the information remains unconfirmed by your credit card bank, we will not be able to process your order with that credit card.
ORIGIN OF ORDER PAYMENT
We only accept payment from credit card billing addresses from the US, US Territories, AP Addresses, and Canada. We will not process orders with billing addresses other than the above.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individuals or business at any time and for any reason. Also, due to high levels of internet credit card fraud, we reserve the right to reject any order at any time that we deem suspicious.
CONTESTS & GIVEAWAYS
1. General Rules. All Contests/Giveaways are limited to one entry per household/physical address unless otherwise stated. A contest entry will only be considered valid if all requirements of the contest have been met.
2. General Conditions. In the event the operation, security, or administration of a Contest/Giveaway is impaired in any way, for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event a Contest/Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by Afterglow Cosmetics in its sole discretion may either (a) suspend the Contest/Giveaway to address the impairment and them resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of the official, Contest/Giveaway Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Afterglow Cosmetics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of a Contest/Giveaway or to be acting in violation of official Contest/Giveaway Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website(s), YouTube Channel, or other applicable social media platforms, or undermine the legitimate operation of a Contest/Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Afterglow Cosmetics reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies available to Sponsor(s) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RESALE AND EBAY
Afterglow Cosmetics expressly forbids the sale and/or resale of Afterglow brand items on eBay and other auction sites. Any item appearing on an auction site such as eBay is not Afterglow’s responsibility as it may be counterfeit.
